Responsibility
- Conduct regular on-site visits to assigned dealers to monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to help dealers achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Address dealer concerns promptly, providing solutions and support to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches at the dealer level.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence (competitor activity, customer trends) to identify opportunities for growth.
- Train and mentor dealer staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM tools to improve performance.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales activities, market conditions, and dealer performance to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, branding guidelines, and automotive industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; automotive industry experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in field sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within Badung and surrounding areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to use a company-provided vehicle.
