As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying and onboarding new merchants while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional products and services to consumers across Bali.

Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential merchants in assigned territories.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of our products and services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing merchants to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales and product teams.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new merchants.
- Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, retail, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the retail and consumer products industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
