Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to potential clients, including homeowners, contractors, and commercial businesses, to promote and sell flooring products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement local sales campaigns and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including post-sales support and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to the sales manager.
- Represent JBW FloorCenter, Inc. at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, retail sales, or a related role, preferably in the flooring, construction, or home improvement industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills to drive sales conversions.
- Basic knowledge of flooring products, installation processes, and industry trends is a plus.
- Ability to travel extensively within Bali to meet clients and attend events.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
