Palawan Pawnshop is expanding its team in Bali and seeking a motivated Field Sales Associate to join our Cluster 5 operations. In this role, you will be at the forefront of executing high-impact sales campaigns, promoting our financial products, and building lasting customer relationships to drive business growth across key locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Execute and monitor field sales campaigns to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in assigned territories.
- Promote Palawan Pawnshopâs financial products and services, including pawnbroking, remittance, and micro-loans, to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and personalized service.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities, customer needs, and competitive insights in Baliâs diverse communities.
- Collaborate with the cluster team to develop and implement localized sales strategies tailored to the Bali market.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, including customer feedback, market trends, and performance metrics.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, ethical sales practices, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or customer service, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with diverse customer segments.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories in Bali (own motorcycle and valid license preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools for reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
