Responsibility
- Execute field sales campaigns and promotional activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and engage potential customers in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) to generate leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on Palawan Pawnshopâs services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather market intelligence and customer feedback for strategy refinement.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including daily activity logs and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and company promotions to remain competitive.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and compliance requirements in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or customer-facing roles (financial services or pawnshop industry is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales tracking software is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
