Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential clients within assigned territories in Bali.
- Promote and sell City Savings Bank’s financial products and services to individuals and businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and competitive trends.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, documentation, and client records in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and community engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on banking products, policies, and industry regulations to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of the local market in Bali, particularly in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
