Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali’s key markets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent Rentokil Initial at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the pest control, hygiene, or facilities management industry (preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to analyze market data and develop data-driven sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on coaching and development.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
