Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand our market share.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and client decision-makers.
- Conduct regular product presentations and tastings for potential and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the sales management team.
- Manage end-to-end sales transactions, from initial inquiry to final delivery coordination.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports and activity logs to track performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Metro Manila area.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
