Are you an analytical professional with a keen eye for detail? Creditaccess Philippines Financing Company, Inc is seeking a dedicated Field Risk Coordinator to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the eyes and ears of our organization on the ground, ensuring that our field operations adhere strictly to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks.
You will work closely with the Operational Risk Compliance Officer to identify potential vulnerabilities, assess field activities, and drive compliance excellence. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a field-based environment, possesses strong integrity, and is passionate about maintaining the operational health of our financial services.
Responsibility
- Conduct regular field audits to ensure operational compliance with approved policies and procedures.
- Assist the Operational Risk Compliance Officer in identifying and documenting procedural gaps.
- Monitor and evaluate field staff activities to prevent fraudulent practices or policy violations.
- Prepare detailed reports regarding field findings, risk assessments, and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in risk mitigation training and awareness programs for field personnel.
- Validate documentation submitted by field teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with branch management to resolve identified risk issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in audit, risk management, compliance, or internal controls.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned areas (Bacolod, Cebu, and Bohol).
- Knowledge of microfinance operations is a significant advantage.
