Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive training programs for retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Develop and implement coaching strategies to enhance team confidence, performance, and sales productivity.
- Monitor store performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with store managers to identify training needs and tailor programs to address skill gaps.
- Lead by example by demonstrating exceptional customer engagement and sales techniques during in-store visits.
- Create and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and digital resources, to ensure consistency across locations.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, role-playing sessions, and team-building activities to foster a high-performance culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive insights to keep training programs relevant and effective.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a training, coaching, or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving team performance in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire teams.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service standards, and sales techniques.
- Ability to travel frequently across Bali to support multiple store locations.
- Passion for mentoring and developing others, with a patient and adaptive coaching style.
- Proficiency in using training tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
