Responsibility
- Conduct regular station updates and ensure all operational protocols are followed.
- Prepare and submit detailed team reports to management on a scheduled basis.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently for field operations and logistics support.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to streamline field operations.
- Monitor and report any operational issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and local traffic laws.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or driving is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in field operations, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
