As a Field Marketing Staff, you will spend your time out in the community, conducting lead generation activities, organizing outreach events, and educating the public about our credit services. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who is comfortable with direct engagement and excels at building lasting relationships with diverse groups of people. Responsibility
- Execute field marketing strategies to promote financial products and services in Tacloban City and surrounding areas.
- Conduct direct outreach to potential clients at community events, local hubs, and neighborhood activations.
- Distribute marketing collateral and educational materials to target audiences.
- Gather market feedback and insights to help the regional team improve service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders and potential leads.
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional campaigns or community engagement activities.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily targets for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of field interactions and lead information for the sales team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak the local dialect fluently.
- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Energetic personality with a professional demeanor and a persuasive approach.
- Ability to travel frequently within Tacloban City and surrounding Leyte areas.
- Basic knowledge of financial services or credit products is an advantage.
- Tech-savvy enough to use mobile reporting tools and CRM applications.
