Responsibility
- Execute field marketing strategies to promote Peoples Credit Network Finance services in designated areas.
- Conduct direct outreach, community engagement, and lead generation activities.
- Educate potential clients about our loan products, interest rates, and application processes.
- Distribute marketing materials and manage promotional setups at local events or target hotspots.
- Collect and report customer feedback and market observations to the management team.
- Maintain a professional image while representing the company brand in public spaces.
- Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in field marketing, sales, or retail promotion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Tagalog and English.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
- Must be willing to perform fieldwork within Cavite City and surrounding areas.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Basic proficiency in mobile reporting applications or digital communication tools.
