Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end field marketing strategies for AI-focused programs, including customer events, executive roundtables, and industry conferences in Bali and across Southeast Asia.
  • Lead the planning, logistics, and execution of high-profile events, ensuring seamless delivery and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to align event objectives with Oracle’s AI and cloud solutions roadmap.
  • Create compelling content and messaging tailored to diverse audiences, including C-level executives, tech decision-makers, and partners.
  • Measure and analyze event performance metrics (e.g., lead generation, engagement rates, pipeline impact) and optimize future programs based on insights.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with industry influencers, media, and analysts to enhance Oracle’s thought leadership in AI.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective and high-impact event execution.
  • Stay ahead of AI and marketing trends to innovate and differentiate Oracle’s field marketing approach.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event management, or demand generation, preferably in the tech/AI/enterprise software industry.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful B2B events (virtual, hybrid, or in-person) with measurable business impact.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with experience crafting messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, Google Analytics) to track and report on KPIs.
  • Experience working in APAC markets, with a deep understanding of regional business cultures and trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Bahasa Indonesia, are advantageous).
