Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients to collect outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and client interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and report potential risks or issues related to loan recovery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client disputes and ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection activities and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in financial regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in debt collection, financial services, or customer service (preferably in banking).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with financial software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (own vehicle/motorcycle is a plus).
- High integrity, ethical standards, and a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
