Responsibility
- Lead and manage the branch to achieve financial targets and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and financial solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure the branch adheres to risk management and compliance standards.
- Represent the bank in community and business events, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing branch operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
