Responsibility
- Perform initial verification of past-due accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct skip tracing to locate clients and their assets efficiently.
- Execute repossession of auto/truck units in compliance with legal and company guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of all field activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to update account statuses and provide necessary documentation.
- Ensure all repossession activities are conducted professionally and ethically.
- Provide regular reports on field activities and account resolutions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during field operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in field collections, repossession, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of skip tracing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with legal and ethical guidelines related to repossession.
- Physical ability to perform fieldwork, including lifting and moving assets.
