Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients to discuss and negotiate payment plans for outstanding debts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities, including client interactions and payment agreements.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquency and improve recovery rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive financial discussions with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on collection activities, progress, and challenges to management.
- Utilize CRM and collection software to track and manage client accounts efficiently.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in financial regulations that may impact collection processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection, financial services, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding collection targets in a field-based role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations.
- Strong understanding of financial products, credit policies, and collection laws.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and collection management software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a high-volume workload.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned regions in Bali.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
