Responsibility
- Prepare and review Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) in compliance with Australian financial regulations.
- Conduct thorough research on financial products, strategies, and market trends to support financial advisers.
- Perform financial modelling and analysis to develop tailored financial plans for clients.
- Collaborate with financial advisers to ensure accurate and timely implementation of financial strategies.
- Utilize Xplan and other financial planning tools to manage client data and generate reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian financial laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide administrative support to financial advisers, including scheduling, documentation, and client communications.
- Ensure all client interactions and documentation adhere to compliance and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Australian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial planning software, particularly Xplan.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
