Based in the vibrant regions of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, and Denpasar, this role offers a competitive salary of up to $7,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. Responsibility
- Oversee and execute end-to-end trade finance operations, ensuring compliance with international regulations and internal policies.
- Process and verify trade finance documents, including letters of credit, bills of lading, and invoices, to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, legal, and customer service, to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely transaction processing.
- Monitor and report on trade finance activities, identifying trends and areas for process improvement.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as banks, clients, and regulatory bodies, to ensure adherence to trade finance protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the institution remains compliant and competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade finance operations, preferably within a financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of trade finance instruments, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using trade finance software and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Experience in training or mentoring junior staff is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
