Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to engage with customers and negotiate repayment plans tailored to their financial situations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding individual needs and offering appropriate financial solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and payment agreements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay informed about financial products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and long-term engagement.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on collection activities, outcomes, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, customer service, or a related financial role.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently in the field while managing time and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems for data management and reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality.
