Responsibility
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of real asset funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of fund administrators, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored fund services that exceed expectations.
- Monitor and report on fund performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of fund transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and internal teams to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, implementing best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund administration, with a focus on real assets or alternative investments.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team in a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of fund accounting, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in fund administration software and Microsoft Office Suite.
