Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients in assigned areas (San Antonio, Tiaong, Dolores) to facilitate collections and payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on collection activities and client interactions.
- Educate clients on financial products and services offered by BillEase.
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during field operations.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve collection strategies and client engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all field activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in field collections, sales, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic computer applications for reporting.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas in Quezon Province.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
