Responsibility
- Facilitate supervised visits between children and their families in a safe, neutral environment.
- Monitor interactions to ensure compliance with court orders and safety plans.
- Document observations and provide detailed reports for legal and social service teams.
- Assess family dynamics and child well-being during visits, escalating concerns as needed.
- Collaborate with social workers, legal professionals, and community partners to support case goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support when necessary.
- Participate in case reviews and team meetings to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (minimum Bachelor’s).
- Proven experience in child protection, family services, or supervised contact work.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and family dynamics.
- Excellent observation, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to remain neutral, empathetic, and professional in high-stress situations.
- Familiarity with legal and ethical guidelines in social work (preferably in Indonesia).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Flexibility to work ad hoc hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
