Qualifications

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (minimum Bachelor’s).
  • Proven experience in child protection, family services, or supervised contact work.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and family dynamics.
  • Excellent observation, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to remain neutral, empathetic, and professional in high-stress situations.
  • Familiarity with legal and ethical guidelines in social work (preferably in Indonesia).
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work ad hoc hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
