Join TOUCH Community Services in a meaningful role as an Executive Programme (Caregiver Support) and make a lasting impact on caregivers and communities in Bali. This 6 + 6-month contract position offers a unique opportunity to empower caregivers through structured programmes, outreach initiatives, and holistic support systems.
As part of our mission to build stronger care communities, you will collaborate with local stakeholders, design impactful interventions, and ensure the well-being of caregivers across Bali. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals passionate about community development and social welfare.
Based in vibrant locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will work in a dynamic environment while contributing to a cause that transforms lives.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement caregiver support programmes tailored to local community needs.
- Conduct outreach activities to engage caregivers and raise awareness about available resources.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and support groups for caregivers.
- Collaborate with local NGOs, government agencies, and healthcare providers to enhance programme effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate programme impact through data collection and feedback analysis.
- Provide emotional and practical support to caregivers through one-on-one interactions.
- Organize community events to foster networking and peer support among caregivers.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate programme progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in community services, caregiver support, or social work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Experience in programme development, outreach, and stakeholder engagement.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach with a commitment to social impact.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
- Willingness to travel across Bali for programme implementation.
