Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients with overdue payments in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Negotiate and arrange repayment plans tailored to clients' financial situations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and client interactions.
- Provide clear, professional communication to clients regarding their outstanding balances and payment options.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure resolution.
- Adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all collection activities.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on collection performance and client feedback.
- Identify and report potential risks or fraudulent activities to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in debt collection, field sales, or customer service, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet targets.
- Familiarity with local geography and willingness to travel within Badung and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- High integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Motorcycle license and willingness to use personal or company-provided vehicle for field visits.
