Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients in assigned Bali regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) to ensure timely loan repayments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve repayment rates and reduce delinquencies.
- Provide clear and professional communication regarding payment terms, options, and consequences of non-payment.
- Document all collection activities, customer interactions, and payment agreements accurately in the system.
- Identify early warning signs of potential defaults and implement proactive recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes or payment issues efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical collection practices.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets as set by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in field collections, debt recovery, or customer service within the financial sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with collection software and CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to Depok.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license (SIM C).
- High integrity, resilience, and a customer-centric approach.
