Responsibility
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for clients, ensuring optimal performance of engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on the effective use of our technologies.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a field application engineering role or similar technical position.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
