Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers for Edge AI, MCU, and Analog & Power products, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Drive product adoption by conducting demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for clients and partners across Bali.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Edge AI deployments, embedded systems, and power management.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to influence product development and roadmap decisions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Represent The GMP Group at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our Edge AI and embedded solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in Edge AI, IoT, and embedded technologies to provide forward-thinking solutions to customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role, such as Field Application Engineering, Embedded Systems Development, or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Edge AI, Microcontrollers (MCU), and Analog & Power technologies.
- Hands-on experience with embedded systems, IoT devices, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or embedded scripting languages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with debugging tools, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other hardware diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to travel frequently across Bali to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
