Responsibility
- Develop and present FF&E concepts, mood boards, and design proposals for luxury hospitality and lifestyle projects.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and clients to ensure cohesive design execution from concept to completion.
- Source and specify high-quality furniture, lighting, textiles, and accessories that align with project budgets and timelines.
- Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of FF&E items.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify design intent and quality standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging materials, and sustainable design practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FF&E design, preferably within the hospitality or luxury residential sectors.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience working with international suppliers and managing global sourcing logistics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing high-end FF&E design projects.
