Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee all architectural aspects of construction projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client expectations.
- Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve design and construction issues efficiently.
- Monitor construction progress on-site, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Facilitate and document site meetings, providing clear communication between stakeholders and addressing any discrepancies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate architectural plans with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., RA, LEED) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural coordination, construction management, or a similar role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.
- Highly organized with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
