Responsibility
- Engage with customers in shopping malls and event spaces to promote Mdm Ling Bakery’s Mid Autumn Festival products.
- Provide enthusiastic and informative product demonstrations to drive sales and customer interest.
- Set up and maintain attractive display booths with festive decorations and bakery items.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and samples to potential customers.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak festival hours.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards while handling bakery products.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in sales, promotion, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, during the festival period.
- Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for engaging with diverse audiences.
