Responsibility
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
- Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and adhering to brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, loyalty program enrollment, and personalized service.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock takes, receiving shipments, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury brands.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Strong sense of style and ability to stay updated on current fashion trends.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, email).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
