Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selections, styling advice, and personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling of StyleLabâs latest fashion collections.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a seamless checkout process.
- Maintain store presentation standards by organizing merchandise, replenishing stock, and ensuring visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and in-store activations to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and assist in receiving and processing new shipments to ensure product availability.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, brand collections, and industry developments to provide informed and relevant advice to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury retail, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong passion for fashion and an eye for style, with the ability to provide personalized styling advice to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages such as Indonesian, Mandarin, or Japanese are a plus).
- Proficient in operating POS systems, handling cash, and processing transactions with accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak shopping seasons as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or fashion are advantageous.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
