Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries, fitting recommendations, and styling advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking merchandise and updating displays.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by proactively engaging with customers and promoting current collections.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to offer informed recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional events, sales campaigns, and inventory management tasks.
- Assist in opening/closing store procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for styling and trends.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or fashion certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
