Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising clients on fashion trends, product features, and styling options.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock checks, and reporting discrepancies.
- Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and brand guidelines to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute marketing initiatives, such as in-store events and social media campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, fashion, or customer service (fresh graduates with a passion for fashion are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Knowledge of current fashion trends, luxury brands, and styling techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency for sales processing and inventory management.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a keen eye for detail.
