Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product selection, styling advice, and beauty recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments with integrity.
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, size organization, and regular audits to prevent shortages.
- Stay updated on latest fashion and beauty trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, fashion, or beauty sales (entry-level candidates with a passion for the industry are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
- Basic knowledge of fashion trends, beauty products, or skincare is a plus.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as per rostered shifts.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
