Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct routine health check-ups, screenings, and immunizations to promote preventive healthcare.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs to improve public health awareness.
- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices through continuous professional development.
- Provide urgent care services and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in family medicine or general practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and colleagues.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
