Responsibility
- Safely operate and maintain company vans for the transportation of factory goods, materials, and equipment.
- Follow predefined routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries between factory sites, warehouses, and industrial zones.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any mechanical issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper securing and handling to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance for record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and clients to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service by representing the company professionally during all interactions.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM B1 or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a van or truck driver, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or industrial transport.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads and industrial areas (e.g., Badung, Denpasar, Jimbaran) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet delivery deadlines.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required.
