Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality powder coating products.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet industry and client standards.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all factory operations.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless workflow and resource availability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in factory management, preferably in powder coating or surface finishing industries.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance.
- Proficiency in production management software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
