Responsibility
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and on schedule.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations in all factory operations.
- Monitor and control budgets, costs, and expenditures to maximize profitability while maintaining high standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to streamline material flow and inventory management.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in production planning, process optimization, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of quality control systems, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
