Responsibility
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping, to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of facility operations with technological infrastructure.
- Monitor facility budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Lead health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives to comply with local regulations and company standards.
- Plan and execute facility upgrades, renovations, and space optimization projects to support business growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, resolving them promptly to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in an IT or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, including maintenance, security, and compliance.
- Proven experience managing budgets, vendors, and contracts.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
