Responsibility
- Conduct detailed business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to inform system and process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure seamless implementation.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the ICT sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as SWOT analysis, process mapping, and UML.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
