Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and waste management, to ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure, equipment, and support services to identify and address potential risks or inefficiencies.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility assets.
  • Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and local health/safety regulations through rigorous audits and corrective actions.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships for facility-related services, including negotiations, performance evaluations, and contract compliance.
  • Lead emergency response planning, including fire safety, evacuation procedures, and crisis management for facility-related incidents.
  • Optimize space utilization and workflow layouts to enhance productivity and safety in manufacturing operations.
  • Train and mentor facility staff on best practices in maintenance, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CFM, LEED) are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in food manufacturing, FMCG, or a regulated industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP) and local/regional regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams, vendors, and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk mitigation and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali (if applicable) and adapt to a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
