Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, installations, and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on facility maintenance best practices.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a multinational or large-scale environment.
- Strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Willingness to travel across Bali as required.
