Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of electrical and mechanical systems for new property developments.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for compliance with local and international standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the construction and commissioning phases.
- Ensure all engineering work adheres to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and on-site teams.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical/mechanical engineering, preferably in property development or construction.
- Proficient in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites in Bali.
