Responsibility
- Maintain and repair facility equipment, utilities, and infrastructure to ensure optimal operational efficiency
- Perform routine inspections of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to facility maintenance promptly and effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and document all maintenance activities
- Assist in facility improvements and upgrades as needed
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide solutions in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, utilities management, or related technical field
- Technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or facilities maintenance (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and reporting
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and working in various conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
