Responsibility
- Oversee daily facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections, to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service delivery to achieve cost-effective and high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address facility-related issues and implement improvements.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and operational costs.
- Prepare reports on facility performance, budget utilization, and key metrics for management review.
- Respond to emergencies and facility-related incidents promptly to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
