Responsibility
- Oversee daily facility operations to ensure optimal building performance and workplace functionality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries and service requests from tenants and staff.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors to schedule maintenance, repairs, and service level agreement compliance.
- Manage operational budgets, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing periodic financial reports.
- Provide comprehensive support for corporate meetings, events, and office reconfigurations to ensure flawless execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of facility assets, maintenance logs, and space utilization metrics.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facility management or commercial property operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Solid understanding of workplace safety protocols and local building regulations.
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
