Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building facilities, equipment, and utilities.
- Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
